Gameday Skybox Attendants are responsible for the setup and execution and breakdown of food and beverage service to private skybox owners during home football games at the Club.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver a high level of service with regard to food and beverage product, including responsible alcohol service, to all skybox owners and guests. 
  • All box attendants must be able to be present and on time for all home football games. At times, this may require the attendant to work either early morning or late evening shifts. 
  • Essential functions include the setup and management of four privately held skyboxes throughout the duration of the entire football game. Boxes are to be ready at least three hours prior to kickoff and will be completely broken down upon the game's completion. 
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate delivery of food and beverage product to respective skyboxes. 
  • Responsible for the replenishment of all food and beverage product as needed and so-ordered by box owner, appropriate contact or supervisor. 
  • Responsible for the appropriate documentation of all food and beverage orders placed by individual box owners or appropriate contacts. This means that the attendant is required to keep track of all product that goes into and comes out of his or her skyboxes. 
  • Responsible for maintaining proper conduct and language while on club or school property. 
  • Must attend all required training sessions and pregame meetings. This is usually a one or two day training session, and customary pregame lineups. 
  • Will follow the directions of all appropriate supervisory staff with regard to job functions and responsibilities. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive, friendly attitude during work hours and will be required to communicate clearly and articulately with members, guests and coworkers. 
  • Complete and clear knowledge of menu items and ordering procedures are a must. Training will be provided.

  • Previous food and beverage experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to follow instructions 
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Multitasking capabilities 
  • Attention to detail
