The Front Desk Clerk is a member of the Front Office team. S/he are responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.

This position requires a Pre-Hire Assessment as part of the application process. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a heart of service to join our Front Desk Team.  Must be able to work well both as part of a team and individually.  Ideal candidates must possess strong problem solving skills. One year of previous customer service experience with cash handling required.  Previous Marriott experience a plus.

Must be available 1 PM-11 PM daily including weekends and holidays.  Shifts are 1 PM-9 PM or 3 PM-11 PM based on hotel needs.
