As a key member of the Analyst team, you will be part of UnitedHealth Group's mission of helping people live healthier lives. As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you will grow and develop as you conduct and manage outcomes of various studies. You will be challenged to analyze, review, and forecast data for operational and business planning. Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data


• Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning


• Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis


• Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience within an Analyst role performing FTE forecast analysis, variance analysis, working with individuals who are gathering requirement and understanding impact, producing executive level reports on quarterly basis, etc.


• 1+ year of Call Center planning and/or capacity planning experience


• 2+ years of experience and proficiency with Excel


• Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4+ years equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Six Sigma experience


• Proficiency with Microsoft Access


• PowerPoint experience
