Business Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Business Analyst.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Experis is seeking a Business Analyst for a long term contract with one of their clients in Chicago, IL!

Qualifications:
-Educated to a minimum of Degree level in a Technology discipline and possessing 4 or more years experience in development or implementation of large scale critical infrastructure projects
-Experience of designing and modeling complex commercial real-time and high availability systems
-Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed, having attention to details, and the ability to capture, organize and analyze information
-Excellent knowledge of distributed computing technologies especially in the eCommerce/Internet space

Responsibilities:
-Application Delivery/Support: Analyze customer processes and requirements
-Prepare specified project documentation according to IDF standards
-Assist in system process redesign as needed
-Works/Consults across multiple projects and complex projects that require subject matter expertise
-Works independently
-Participates in planning and designing solutions Creates complex workflow models and process maps
-Facilitate meetings with Technology and Business Teams to develop needs and requirements
-Suggests improvements and enhancements to current solutions
-Creates knowledge articles
-Understand business principles of crew functionality (i.e. Airport Operations, Reservations, Ticketing)
-Understand system services/interfaces in order to facilitate solutions for business requirements
-Documents project scope Translates business requirements to technical requirements
