As a Tier II Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of the company as the go-to person for our customers! In this important role, you'll be responsible for taking in-bound calls from our customers who have technical questions or concerns. Successful candidates are customer focused, love to learn, and are looking for a career, not just a job. They will be able to troubleshoot and determine the root cause of customers’ issues and provide technical support; all while delivering an outstanding and personalized customer service experience.

Qualifications

  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
