Are you looking for a professional position with a great company? The Field Staff Supervisor with New Health Services (NHS) provides coordination services to meet the needs of the Family Care Members enrolled in the Supportive Home Care Employment Services (SHCES) program, as well as other referral or funding sources, and provides supervision of NHS field staff employees. This position also provides care management to clients and families assuring quality in-home services. This position reports to the Operations Manager, and supervises field staff.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible, 45 hours per week, first shift, exempt, non-union role. Typical schedule will be Monday through Friday within the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm. Alternate schedules are available for: Sunday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, or Monday through Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm. On-call rotation is required quarterly for 2-week periods at a time.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management, General Business, Communications OR an Associate's Degree with 2 - 3 years supervision experience is required.
