Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager 2 to provide management support to multiple Healthcare accounts in the Houston, TX area . This is a Regional Operations Support (ROS) position that will provide support and will be based upon current needs. Candidates MUST have ability to travel.
This Manager will implement Sodexo processes and systems with an emphasis on client satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate for this position will have Environmental Services experience in a hospital or healthcare environment, high energy for fast paced environment and a proven track record in driving 3rd party patient satisfaction outcomes, HCAHP scores and employee engagement. Must be familiar with Joint Commission and Hazmat Standards. This Manager will be required to participate in a rotational schedule involving some weekends and holidays.
The position time-line is up to 1 year for internals and externals, however, it could lead to a permanent position at any time.
Position Summary
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
