**Anticipated Vacancy**

Bi-Weekly Salary Range - $1128.63 - $1210.70

This is a position located within the Division of Real Estate in Orlando. The position provides administrative support for the Bureau Chief, three Regional Supervisors and 39 investigators. Responsibilities include data entry for case assignment and completion, maintaining case inventory, mailing, copying, responding to e-mail or phone messages for investigative staff. Prepares all completed cases for submission to Office of the General Counsel. Creates record and enters all inspections and audits into database. Creates record, enters and closes all Notices of Non-Compliance and Citations in database. Monitors citations and files with Agency Clerk's office when appropriate. Assists Bureau Chief and supervisors with monthly production reports. Operates as the Division's fleet coordinator, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and accidents reported in accordance with policy. Reviews, tracks and monitors monthly vehicle logs and fleet expenses in database. Prepares and maintains log of all subpoenas requested by investigators.

Performs other related duties as required.

Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position:

* Knowledge of general office management principles, procedures, and practices.

* Basic knowledge and skills working with databases and computers (Microsoft WORD, MS Outlook, Excel, OnBase and Versa Regulation).

* Ability to communicate effectively

* Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work activities.

* Ability to review data for accuracy and completeness.

* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with management, staff, and internal and external customers.

* Ability to work independently and carry out a variety of projects.
