Job Description
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for performing accounting functions, Inventory management and assisting in the administration and supervision of stores.

Qualifications:
* Associate Degree or some college with experience (experience will be accepted in lieu of degree)
* Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
* Mathematical skills (high school level) in order to calculate Inventory, cash receipts, bank deposits, etc.
* Possesses EXCELLENT telephone and written communication skills.
* Competent ability with personal computer- Microsoft Office, Internet
* Must possess valid driver's license.
*Must possess Time management skills

Essential Functions:
* Responsible for daily sales and accountability of store inventory
*Provide TOP NOTCH customer service to ALL CUSTOMERS via email, phone and face to face
* Handle all customer complaints and inquiry
* Oversee all smooth running of daily operations
* Validates Inputs of daily activity transactions both cash and inventory.
* Receives and Manages Inventory in the store
* Ensure employees are adhering to company key policy.
* Performs weekly inspection of common areas and ensure that all stores are in pristine condition during visit
* Reports any observe maintenance problem.
* Maintains organized office files.
* Prepares accurate and complete reports in a timely manner.
* Purchase and pick up supplies.
* Must have mode of communication in which to be contacted at home and to respond in cases of emergency.
* Must be available for overtime, weekend, holiday, and evening work.
* Some travel and overnight stays may be required outside TX to run other locations.
