Administrative Assistant II - Full-time

Looking for employee engagement vs. community outreach (Note: CSC asset is from Dish Cares, not an event coordinator).

This is a full time position and you must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  (in addition to overtime as required) and may require flexibility for scheduled events.

Major responsibilities would include:

1)      Coordinate the following activities: Kids visit workplace; Scout troop visits; Assist with job fairs; Charity fund raising events; Relay for Life; Ronald McDonald House; Roundtable meetings; Big Burger; Summer event; Costume contest; Biggest Loser; ATMs; After Action Reviews (AARs); Spirit committee; School supplies; Angel Tree; Tamale party; Turkey lunches; Employee parking recognition; Salaried personnel meetings; Christmas party / events; Bataan death march; Food bank donations; Color Run; NFL Playoff colors; NBA Playoff colors; Movie nights; Santa pictures; Easter pictures; Mother’s day events; Father’s day events; Blood drives; Baseball night; Intramural sports; Birthday cakes; Safety incentives (30/60/90 day).

2)      Manage Action Item List (AIL) from site joint collaboration meetings between CSC/Sales/IHS/Mfg.

3)      Manage cross shift coordination.

4)      Manage HPU / P4P.

5)      Manage internal site specific projects (smaller scope projects not channeled through Engineering group).

6)      Manage ELP Mfg Management calendar.

7)      Coordinate visitors and their requirements.
