General responsibilities and duties:
* Establish and maintain employee, customer, payroll, financial and general files
* Multiple forms of Customer communication- Managing emails, phone calls, customer requests, and relay pertinent information to team members.
* Compose mass customer emails.
* Maintain and manage customer information and email lists.
* Schedule job leads/estimates for team members
* Regularly update and manage social media outlets - Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook
* Turn in payroll hours every other week - communicate and coordinate with payroll service provider
* New Employees - post job descriptions, collect applications. Manage and maintain employee records and new hire packets.
* Keep all office supplies stocked.
* Maintain Quickbooks Accounting software and records of all company transactions and assets
* Including but not limited too - entry, invoices, bank reconciliation, journal entries and adjustments, manage bank statements and balances, and sales tax.
