Fossil Group is searching for a Senior Product Development Managerto join our Skagen watch team. As part of the team, you will be a keycollaborator with design, merchandising, materials sourcing, and our FossilEast (Hong Kong) team. You will be an integral part of the entire samplingdevelopment process from design inception through the product lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitor and drive calendar milestone dates to completion
* Primary owner of communication on seasonal development with Design and FossilEast Asia teams
* Manages style allocation and factory loading with Fossil East team
* Leverages product and category expertise to collaborate daily with crossfunctional partners to include Merchandising, Design and Planning
* Owns final cost and cost negotiation; identify and find solutions for leadtime and MOQ issues
* Participate in seasonal Corporate Social Responsibility meetings to identifystyles for compliance testing
* Lead work in progress meetings with design team, merchants, and supply chainmanagement
* Sets clear direction and guidance for team by communicating strategicpriorities
* Coach and develop team members; manage direct report
* Enter and maintain product updates in the PLM system
