About this job
The Home Department Head is a non-exempt position responsible for driving sales in the Non-Seasonal Home Departments (i.e. Furniture, Dcor and Tabletop) by providing excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards and in-stock position. The Home Department Head is also responsible for a variety of duties including cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining visual standards as directed by store management.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1+ year(s) experience in retail preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to initiate a conversation.
Excellent time management & organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
