Central Ohio Senior Care d.b.a. Home Instead Senior Care is looking for Scheduling Coordinator/Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
This full-time position will focus on the scheduling of our client's for non-medical, in home care.
This position includes occasional on-call duties.
Requirements include:
-Clean background check and drug test
-Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance
-H.S. Diploma or GED
-Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/abilities:
-Scheduling experience
-Detail orientated
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Computer skills
-Experience with seniors, or other non-medical care
