All our staff members do a little bit of everything - the job entails customer service/taking orders, serving coffee & other drinks, making sandwiches/wraps/salads, etc..., scooping ice cream, light food prep, as well as cafe maintenance/cleaning responsibilities and daily opening/closing procedures. Don't worry if you've never made food as part of a job before - if you're comfortable around food, we're happy to train!
If you're looking for a job where you can stand around and get paid to do nothing - this is not the place for you! There's always something to do, so If you have a lot of energy and enjoy keeping busy, you'll fit right in here.
We're looking to fill both morning & afternoon shifts 3-5 days/week (15-35hrs). Some weekend availability is a must.
Related experience strongly preferred, Barista experience a huge plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Reliable transportation and the physical ability to stand and move around on your feet for hours at a time are also requirements.
Competitive pay based on experience, plus shared tips. Higher pay rate for experienced Baristas, but not a pre-requisite for the job.
