Shipping Admin Specialist
1.1 Customer service for follow-up, coordinate expedites, coordinate push-outs and pull-ins, and manage due dates.
1.2 Coordinate delivery and shipments schedules and provide all necessary data for proper pick-up and delivery.
1.3 Responsible for the flow and movement of materials to and from. Maintain working relationship with transportation representatives.
1.4 Receive raw material, check for accuracy and delivery to designated departments
1.5 Process, track and report outside vendor parts to planning and manufacturing teams.
1.6 Assist with product dispositions, returns, and revision and shipping changes.
1.7 Responsible for processing incoming receipts using Oracle.
1.8 Create shipper orders for jobs released from Quality Department.
1.9 Provides administrative support for coordinating and compiling reports and summarizing data.
1.10 Read and answer emails promptly.
Education/Experience/Skills
1.11 High School diploma
1.12 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
1.13 Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
