Senior Business Analyst - Claim And Provider Services - Any City Office - Full-time / Part-time

As a Business Analyst on the Provider Experience Team, you will be responsible for developing new internal Key performance Indicator measures.  Ensure current Key Performance Indicator Measures remain up to date and relevant.  You will partner with external and internal partners who administer different Provider Satisfaction Surveys to understand the results.  You will work with internal departments to gather intelligence around current measurements, processes and policies Partner with Market Research Analyst and Green Belt's (statistical Analysts) to collectively develop and implement new measures, as well as refresh existing measures annually.
 
Primary Responsibilities:


Analyze Annual, Quarterly and other Provider Survey outputs such as Key Driver Analysis, Max Gain Analysis, and Verbatim Analysis etc. to understand what drives satisfaction for our Providers.

Determine Key Performance Indicator Measures that need to be developed or refreshed annually.

Relationship building with internal and external partners/departments.

Become an expert through partnering with different departments both internal and external on the survey outputs and the internal department processes, polies and measurements regarding the aspects of the area of the service model that needs measurement development or refreshing.

Manage End to End measurement development using existing process workflows, working with Market Research Analyst and Green Belts to achieve.

Present findings and work with leadership to gain mutual agreement on new measure recommendations as well as refresh measure recommendations.

Work with Capability Development Team to build and deploy new measures or enhancements to existing measures in the automated reporting tools.
 

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience

3+ year of experience in business/finance analysis

Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting

Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required

Advance level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally

Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data

Ability to communicate risks, challenges, road blocks and needs early on in order to mitigate risk of missing target deliverables 

Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures

Experience working collaboratively and influencing across a matrix environment
