About this job

Description: Responsible for answering telephone inquiries and assisting customers with open enrollment and benefits questions/inquiries. Responsible for researching and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Duration: 6+ month contract with potential for extension or permanent opportunities!

Pay: $14.00/hr. for the first 5 weeks of training. After training, pay increases to $15.25/hr.

Location: Norwood, MA

Hours: Training hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon-Fri

After training, candidates must be available for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM-10:00 PM EST

Experience and Skills:

1-2 years of experience in the customer service field or in a related area.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, positive personality
Very professional demeanor
Must have strong typing skills
Must have a customer service oriented personality
