Job Summary Provide administrative support to ACU manager and other MedRehab leadership as assigned.

Manage calendar for ACU manager, schedule and coordinate meetings for multiple leadership levels, prepare agendas, take minutes, provide routine office support including filing, copying, mailing, and faxing. Manage conference room calendar. Prepare and submit financial processes and statements such as pcard, journal entries, expense reports and purchase orders. Assist in reconciling statement of account reports. Responsible for processing clinic deposits, confirming that cash receipt tickets were deposited through a check and balance system and verifying that deposit was correct in OnBase system. Responsible for placing service requests for clinic equipment within a timely manner Plan and coordinate building and recognition events. Responsible for entering clinic visit data into ACAR Process payroll for clerical staff

Help with onboarding of new staff, building access, ID cards, etc.

Maintain and update master inventory list for clinic. Monitor and order supplies for the clinic

Respond and resolve building issues in timely manner

Perform diverse projects as assigned by the ACU manager or other members of the MedRehab leadership team.

Assist in resolving issues in the absence of an Administrator

Assist in developing Lean in Daily work for the clinic.

Provide back up support to the front desk and lead

Provide administrative coverage for RPN.

This is a 32 hour per week position.

Required Qualifications* Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. A minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative support capacity.

A high school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.

Ability to successfully interact with various management levels and departmental staff.

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently and regularly exercise judgment in setting priorities.

Ability to compose and produce professional correspondence.

Ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy.
