Job Description * Assist Store Experience Manager or Store Experience Supervisor to create a sensory pleasing experience through enhancement of presentation, product, and people which results in positive results and financial growth of the company* To assist in the execution of the brand integrity of the company* Participate in monthly store flips to ensure outcome is picture perfect* Assist in the execution of window changes and the dressing/styling of all interior mannequins* Re-merchandising as directed by store management* Participate in walk throughs with store management/ Store Experience Manager to ensure seamless execution of all visual standards* Communicate store deficiencies i.e. lighting fixtures, visual standards
Job requirements: * 1 to 2 years of retail visual experience; creative skills/background a plus.* Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment* Excellent time management/project skills* Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail* Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands* Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results* Hours/days of work vary due to the demands of the business* Must be able to work shift standing and walking and able to lift approximately 20lbs* Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting receiving/stocking functions
