Shine is looking for a window cleaning crew leader to help us expand our West Chester Location. The ideal candidate is looking for full time employment all year including our holiday lighting season.
This is a leadership position that will progress after the initial training period. This employee will need to start out training as a technician, become a crew leader quickly and eventually be running their own jobs independently.
This position will involve:
Implementing marketing programs
Cleaning windows
Gutter cleaning
Pressure washing
Holiday lighting installations
The ideal candidate will not be afraid to work hard cleaning windows and providing excellent customer service. The employee will need to work well independently and will be given many of the same freedoms as someone who owns their own company. There is a potential for growth within the organization for the individual who is willing to work hard in our management team to help us achieve our goals.
The Crew Leader position is responsible for managing 1 - 2 Technicians and carries the responsibility of completing the jobs. They are responsible for taking work orders from the General Manager, loading the truck, keeping the truck neat and clean, interacting with the customer at the job site, managing the job site, performing a job site inspection upon completion, traveling to the next job site, and completing paperwork at the end of the day. The Crew Leader is responsible, interacts with customers with a high level of professionalism, has attention to detail skills, and is motivated to work hard and continue to deliver excellent service. We look for individuals who are capable of safely working from ladder heights up to 40'. Crew Leaders earn commission and are payed by the job. Typical hourly rates are higher than the industry average. Residential-based days typically consist of 1 - 5 jobs per day depending on the size of the jobs. Commercial-based days can consist of 1 job per day and some jobs taking several days.
