Shift Manager
- Responsible for running shifts and at times operates as the person in charge (PIC) for either back of house or front of house
- As shift manager responsible for their position and for crew around that position to ensure those crew members are performing their primary functions, secondary functions, and circle of influence
- As PIC, responsible for ensuring all restaurant staff are performing job functions as well as dealing with customer issues, vendors, and control of company assets
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a shift leader or manager
- High energy
- Great communications skills
