Samsung Equipment Technicians - Altus OK - Full-time / Part-time

Samsung in Austin, Texas is looking to hire technicians immediately with, Metals, Clean, Implant, CMP, Etch, Photo, Diffusion, Defect Control (must have QA experience) and CVD. The positions vary from equipment to process sustaining roles (Process Sustaining roles must have SPC experience), as well as failure analysis, and process integration engineering (Process Integration - Must be have experience with vlookup and macros in Excel). Salary will be based upon experience. Candidates MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATE to the facility in AUSTIN, TEXAS. Samsung is particularly interested in those with CVD Experience. Please see CVD experience below. CVD Equipment technician will be responsible for performing activities involved with the recovery of CVD tools from PM including qualifications. Technicians will perform preventative maintenance on CVD equipment and recovery equipment faults. Daily equipment process and equipment trend monitoring will be required, as is responding to interlocks in a timely manner. Documenting / communicating material from tool interruptions to process team to ensure the material is measured and disposition correctly. Technician will interact with shift supervisor in scheduling PMs, delivering ETAs for tool recovery, Documenting/following standard operating procedures during PM execution is required. High energy with a focus on Quality and details is required. All technicians will participate in site compliance with all health and safety and environmental management system guidelines. Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP - Troubleshooting equipment failures - Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals - Work with senior personnel and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance - Update and generate SOPs when required - Must have 300mm Endura Producer - Must have experience troubleshooting AMAT - Must have high volume fabrication experience - Expertise on AMAT robots is highly preferred - Experience with LFM set up on AMAT tools preferred - Must be able to follow SOP - Knowledge of SPC a Plus Education requirement: Two year technical degree, equivalent military experience or if not available , 4 -7 years (4-7 for higher level positions, 1-4 year positions also available in CVD, Etch, Metals, Implant, Diffusion, CMP in both equipment and process roles) direct applicable Semiconductor experience in High Volume Manufacturing Facilities. There are 4 schedules that work a compressed 12 hour work week with a 3 on, 4 off, and 4 on, 3 off, fixed work schedule.
