The Food Service Representative II provides food service to patients, guests or customers. Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment. May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and peform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas. Recieves and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles. Acts as a liasion between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Certifications and Licensures Preferred Food Handler Preferred Forklift

Education Preferred High School or Equivalent
