Melt Shop is an American sandwich concept focused on comfort food made from scratch. Created in 2011, we now have seven locations in New York and Washington, DC and are preparing to grow our brand nationally.

At Melt Shop, we believe in cross-training our team members. Teaching our employees every station helps them develop professionally and makes the greatest impact at our restaurant. Teaching our employees every station also prepares employees to enter our Manager-In-Training program. This position requires someone who likes to cook, smile, talk, and serve awesome food.
