Electronic Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Printpack Medical Inc in MARSHALL, NC is seeking a Full Time Temp to Hire Electrical Technician with at least 5 years experience.

Job assignments consist of PM’s in all areas of the plant, both external and internal to the facility.

This will include, but not limited to, electrical, electronic, PLC programming,
mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

$19-$28/Hr BOE - See Requirements Below

Required Knowledge, Experience, Skills:
• The ability to work safely
• Electrical background (Troubleshooting and installation of control circuits)
• PLC Programming (Allen Bradley Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of drives
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Access, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Welding experience
• Familiar with basic machining equipment; familiar with Allen Bradley Products: Ultra, SLC 500, PLC5, GML, Contrologix
• Maintenance experience

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
• Construct, install, service, and repair a variety of electro-mechanical devices and equipment. Work from wiring diagrams, equipment drawings and specifications.
• Install service and check electrical wiring systems including conduits, lighting, transformers, motors, and other varied electrical equipment.
• Check equipment, components, etc. for voltage shorts or irregularities and/or special features programmed into the logic boards.
• Troubleshoot and adjust or make adjustments to correct malfunctions in equipment.
