Trailer Mechanic

Essential Job Functions:
1. Perform all types of welding (aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel).
2. Perform all styles of each phase of welding (Tig, Mig and Arc).
3. Perform repairs and modifications on all styles of trailers as assigned.
4. Maintain allocated time frame on all repairs and modifications.
5. Contributed to the work assignment from acquired experience and knowledge.
6. Diagnose and make recommendations on repairs as required.
7. Attend training seminars as required.

Additional Job Functions:
1. Operate a forklift.
2. Perform other duties as assigned.

Standards:
1. All work will be orchestrated and documented.
2. Orchestration means that all work will be formed in a routine, coordinated manner so as to continuously duplicate desired results.
3. Be ready to work at the tart of the shift.
4. All work is performed in a professional manner in accordance with Company standards.
5. Be helpful and considerate to co-workers and customers.
6. Adhere to Company policies, procedures and rules of conduct.
7. Hold a valid California driver's license.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
9. Dress appropriately.
10. Supply required tools according to the Company too l list.
