Customer Service Representative needed in Aurora, CO
Full time - $14.00 per hour to start + generous benefits
Schedule:
Tuesday & Wednesday off.
Saturday & Sunday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, Friday & Monday - 8:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Job Summary:
The customer service receptionist will report directly to Customer Service Manager.
This individual must be able to meet deadlines in a fast pace environment.
This individual must be able to work very closely with various departments and people throughout
the enterprise; must be detailed, self motivated, and maintain a friendly professional attitude.
Primary Responsibilities, but will not be limited to:
* Provide and assist customers with product information
* Answering multiple phone lines (good phone skills)
* Respond to customer inquiries
* Schedule product pick up for credits
* Screen and redirect incoming calls to proper phone lines
* Enter add-ons and credits into AS400
* Key all Auto Ships concepts in AS400
* Polling all customers on a monthly basis
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Keying Vendor Credits
* Making sure the orders are in on time
* Keying in the customer complaint logs for all concepts
* Back up support for Data Processing (Sundays
* Will assist with data processing coverage
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School graduate minimum
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Strong customer service skills as it relates to problem solving
Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
