Unit Team Trainer:

Trainers are responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of new and existing team members. They ensure that we have a team that can meet and exceed our guests’ expectations of delivering quality products and great customer service. By developing skills and helping individuals reach their potential, trainers help to build employee satisfaction, making it easier for us to attract and retain quality team members.

Trainer responsibilities include:

• Working with the Training Director to train new team members.

• Executing the training plan.

• Certifying existing employees.

• Retraining existing employees.

• Noticing gaps in skill level of team members

• Setting up employees to watch training videos.

• Attending quarterly meetings.

Job Characteristics:

• Trainers work about 15-20 hours per week

• Specific hours vary depending on the task to be accomplished.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
