Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
* Provide Excellent Customer service through phone calls and emails.
* Efficient typing, Computer Knowledge, and Excellent Grammar required.
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
* Assist in Marketing tasks and deadlines.
Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualifications:
Customer service, Call Center Service Operations, Complaint Handling, Sales Lead Generation, Data Entry/Records Management, Multiline Phone Use, MS Word, Excel, and Access.
Compensation/Benefits (After 90 Days)
* Medical/Dental/Vision
* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Paid Training
* Weekends and holidays off
