As a Senior Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers in a call center environment who have general account inquiries, requests to negotiate terms, such as APR or credit limit, or close their account. Provide customer service and uses consultative sales techniques to retain customers. Use computer programs to view account specific information, and documents any changes to the customer's account.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Provide excellent customer service to existing customersÂ
- Sales (perform account level research and advise customer of products and services that may benefit them)Â
- Attend team meetingsÂ
- Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products and upgrades.Â
- Update account information and complete accurate documentationÂ
- Review documentation, ensuring loans meet policy guidelines, (giving customer and dealer approval to use loan)Â
- Effective time managementÂ

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:Â
- At least a High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification, or Military experienceÂ
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- 2 years post-high school education or Associate DegreeÂ
-Â 1 year experience customer service in Financial services or 1 year of banking experience
- Proficient MS Office
- 2 years’ experience in customer contact environment
