Buckle's Management Trainee Program is your pathway to accelerated career growth. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong communication skills, a keen interest in fashion, and a desire to succeed. Once selected, you will work directly with an experienced Store Manager who will help you develop the sales, recruiting, merchandising, and leadership skills you need to become a Store Manager. By the end of this program, our goal is for you to have a deep understanding of Buckle's retail style ---how it works, and what it takes to excel.

Requirements: Must be willing to relocate.

A Management Trainee should expect to average between 42-45 hours per week. (Please note that hours are issued based upon performance and our scheduling needs, so it is possible your hours may fluctuate.)
