An Intern with Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts is responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

 


The main scope of this position is to manage the day to day operation of the restaurant reservations call center for the Hotel's restaurant. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:


* Answering guest calls and dealing with high call volume


* Entering reservation information into Open Table / modifying Existing Reservations


* Providing guests with information about the different dining options available through the hotel


* Soliciting potential business into private dining room space


* Providing administrative support to the Hospitality Sales office


* Maintaining all online content current as hotel operations change
