The Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, planning and executing initiatives to improve commission timeliness and accuracy across the employee channel. This includes partnering with the, Commission Operations EIT and other cross-functional groups to understand and prioritize business needs. They will be responsible for providing guidance and prioritization to a team of analyst to ensure the most impactful problems are being solved. The person will be responsible reporting program results and metrics to leadership. A successful candidate must be able to quickly understand complex issues, clearly articulate the impacts to stakeholders and develop a plan of action.   • Analyze complex problems, understand T-Mobile's risks, and design operational changes
  • Manage multiple cross functional projects, provide status, manage risks, issues and measure KPIs
  • Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions
  • Provide SME guidance and consulting support on complex tasks. Drive initiatives to improve the processes, procedures, and tools utilized by the team.
  • Provide high level feasibility and requirements for commissions impacting projects


Minimum Required
  • 3+ years' work experience in operations or finance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong PC/technical skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Preferred
  • Basic SQL querying skills
  • 3+ years of program management experience
  • Strong experience facilitating meetings and conducting training
  • Experience with Visio
  • Experience successfully resolving customer escalations
  • Highly skilled at influencing without authority
  • Wireless Telecom experience
EducationMinimum Required
  • Bachelors' Degree preferred
  • 4 years' program management experience in lieu of a degree.
