Service Business Analyst Engineer needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Englewood, Colorado

- Working knowledge of JIRA workflows and custom fields
- Moderate ability to gather/refine business requirements, recommend or make decisions on business requirements/interdependencies
- Strong analytical skills
- Moderate ability to work at the "integration level" by understanding the business architecture and its relationship to other architectures
What You'll Be Doing:
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their work streams to determine JIRA workflows, including project workflows
- Assists in the business process redesign and provides documentation as needed for new technology
- Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the Engineering organization and manages changes to such specifications
- Works with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies
- Supports several moderately complex business processes
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of JIRA workflows and custom fields
