Site Merchandiser, Gift Cards The Gift Card Site Merchandiser is responsible for customers' onsite experience of the client's Gift Cards through its landing pages and promotions. In this role, the site merchandiser will work with a number of contacts both within and outside the business to optimize the customer experience and marketing of gift cards. Responsibilities include: * Working directly with Gift Card Team and vertical team members to merchandise events, including building event pages and ensuring the end-to-end experience of events from all traffic channels is high quality. * Working with various teams to build and maintain landing pages, storefronts, finders, and other features to help buyers navigate our myriad product listings. Responsibilities may also grow to include: * Representing Gift Cards to other teams within the client such as relationship marketing, Internet marketing, business development, account management, and product management in order to continually improve product visibility and customer experience. * Working directly with Deals (internally) and sellers to launch products and campaigns, create brand stores and onboard sellers for maximize efficiency and customer reach. You will also be responsible for stewardship of the the client's brand, the sellers' brand, and the product brand itself. * Capturing key metrics and generating post-campaign analysis on as-needed basis While there is an administrative component to the work, you would also be a significant stakeholder in projects representing the entire business unit. Job Requirements: * You must be highly thoughtful of customer needs and produce a site experience that meets them at the same time as it withstands competition and is exceptional within the online space. * Attention to detail is key; you will be creating customer-facing content on a daily basis and must be able to write compelling copy, merchandise a visually appealing page, and understand how this page fits within an overall customer journey to ensure that it does so seamlessly. * An ability to understand and respond to performance metrics is important; optimizing live events and pages based on customers' real-time response to them will be important as we continue to learn how to delight our Local shoppers and impress our seller partners. Education: *Bachelor's degree required. Additional information: This assignment has a bit of project management, working with subsidies, contract templates, etc.
