Client in Fresno seeking Accounting Assistant
Description:
Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform posting of cash receipts, expenses, or other transactions to journals or ledgers and verify accuracy. Review invoices, bills, vouchers, or other documents for corrections before entering into records. Sort and file documents. Assist with administrative duties as needed. This position also answers phones, routes calls, provides customer service in a fast pace office.
A/P - Enter bills in to QuickBooks, print checks and mail
A/R - Collections on Accounts past due
Payroll - Full Cycle
Data Entry E2
Familiar with Workers Compensation
Assist Owners
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a similar role, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Quickbooks.
