SHIFT: 12HOUR, Night EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time HRS PER PAY PERIOD: 72 JOB ID: 1500022053
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing direction and clinical supervision of patient care for a specified unit, patient, population and assigned staff. The Clinical Coordinator is a professional caregiver with requisite clinical and supervisory experience, which promotes an atmosphere which is responsive to the needs of patients, nursing, and medical staff. The Clinical Coordinator is knowledgeable about and promotes the philosophy, goals and objectives of the department and of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current California RN license with current BLS certification from the AHA required. Five years minimum experience in Labor & Delivery required. Some Pediatrics, NICU experience preferred. Bachelor Degree in related field and/or supervisory experiences preferred. PALS certification within 6 months of hire, STABLE certification within 1 year of hire; completion of Advanced Fetal Monitoring course within 1 year of hire. ACLS preferred.
