Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician job description includes but is not limited to the following:
•Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property including plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Responsible for general turnover of vacant apartment units.
•Enter occupied apartments when necessary for repairs
•Perform on call duty as assigned
Shift: Monday through Friday with rotating on call weekends.

Requirements
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
•HVAC Certification preferred
•Plumbing, maintenance and electrical experience
•A minimum of 2 years experience
•Leadership skills a plus
•Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
