The GetGo Café + Market Store Leader University enables motivated college grads and aspiring leaders to complete an accelerated program that will ultimately place them at the heart of the store. After meeting (and exceeding!) the goals set during a rigorous 12 month training period, Team Members in this program will be placed in a GetGo store as the Store Leader. This new Store Leader will keep the team running like clockwork. From the morning rush to the afternoon lunch crowds, you will collaborate with your store leadership team and other Team Members to make sure that each customer waiting for a fresh sandwich, picking up dinner or a late-night snack for their family, or simply waiting at the pump, is met with a smile and the great service they deserve.Who You Are:

Requirements

  • This unique program asks that the training Store Leader complete the following phases and pass each with flying colors!
  • Phase 1 (9-12 weeks): Complete Team Leader Development Programs (TLDP)
  • Phase 2 (6 months): Serve as Senior Team Leader at assigned store, where you will gain proficiency in: Consistently providing exceptional customer service and guiding the store team to do the same. Maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards. Supporting the Store Leader and an amazing team of Leads and GoGetters. Proactively problem-solving and remaining adaptable. Collaborating with the Store Leader to make your store and your team the best they can be!
  • Phase 3 (maximum 6 months): complete Retail Leader Development Program (RLDP)
  • Phase 4: promotion to Store Leader at assigned store Lead the store team by cultivating a fast, friendly and accurate service culture by sharing warmth and passion for service with a smile with all Team Members and customers. Set and exceed the highest goals for safety, service, and leadership, growing and developing your team each day. Maintain a keen understanding of store financials, marketing, and standards, and plan and predict trends accordingly.
