Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

  • Must have 1 or more years experience.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Background check required.

Requirements

We are a fast growing company in the hospitality industry seeking a full-time, entry level (0-1 year experience) recruiter.
You will be responsible for recruiting and coordinating large, special events in the Kansas City area. The position will require you to have an outgoing personality, and excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal skills. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in a recruiting capacity and the remaining time will be spent coordinating events from within an office environment and/or onsite.
In the past we have had success w/new hires who have degrees in Business or Hospitality, are not afraid of a sales environment, are capable of handling a fast-paced/multi-tasking environment, and who are looking for career opportunities. This is not a 9-5 job, and it offers excellent career growth and training. We offer competitive salary, benefits and commissions.
