The Room Service Supervisor assists the Room Service Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Room Service department, in line with Four Seasons' standards and procedures, giving impeccable service at all times and providing management and leadership of the department
Key Skills
Must have previous experience as a Supervisor in a Food and Beverage Department.
Must have experience of working in a luxury hotel.
Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English (additional languages would be beneficial)
Must be familiar with IT packages including Lotus Notes and Windows
The successful candidate will be immaculately presented with a passion for Food and Beverage.
