Retail Sales Associate
Primary job function as a Retail Sales Associate is performance in all aspects of the operation of the retail location, including selling and merchandising.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
* Targeted sales achievement Merchandising/promotional activities
* Customer service and retention, Audits, Inventory management, and Cash handling
* Gross sales/net sales
* Accessory sales
* Enhancement targets features/insurance sales, fees, data products and all other add on products
* Retention targets
* Automatic bill payment targets
Also:
* Ensures proper opening and closing of the retail location.
* Assists customers, handles customer escalations and promotes a positive customer experience.
* Monitor adherence to customer fee and credit policies/practices.
* Maintains desired store appearance according to company standards.
* Engages in community activities and business development that support business goals. Shares best practices with other stores.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
Wireless retail sales experience
College degree is preferred, HS diploma or GED required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
Strong organizational skills required.
Competent in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building and influencing, talent management and inspirational leadership.
Working knowledge of cellular wireless communication preferred. Working knowledge of PC Windows's applications (Excel and Word) required.
