Eligibility & Requirements:
1. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN with 3.0 GPA or higher. BSN candidates preferred.
2. California Registered Nurse license
3. CPR/BLS certification
4. Must submit ALL additional documentation (attach to your candidate profile.
5. Completed application online.
6. A paragraph that states why you decided to pursue a career in nursing and why you are interested in a career with our facility. Please limit this to 1-2 paragraphs on a single page, uploaded with your application.
7.Two references, in letterform, which include one instructor AND one from a former or current employer.
8. Resume must include number of clinical hours and location/placement for rotations.

Program Description:
10-12 week rotation program that provides interaction with a preceptor and classroom training. Designed to build upon what you have learned in school. Training will occur on the day shift during training rotation and then move to assigned night shift rotation following successful completion of the training program. The program will begin in October, 2015.
