Hickory Farms has an opportunity for a Seasonal Sales Associate position that offers competitive wages and end of season bonus opportunities! End of season if you are in good standing you will get an additional $0.50 for every hour worked! In addition, Sales Associates can take advantage of receiving their paychecks on a weekly basis, as well as 40% employee discounts on all retail products!
Responsibilities of the Seasonal Sales Associate include but are not limited to:
- Primarily responsible for engaging, sampling, and selling to customers
- Maintain a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
- Achieves personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
- Performs all other tasks and duties assigned by the Store Manager to support the needs of the business
Requirements of the Seasonal Sales Associate include:
- At least 18 years of age or older
- A background in retail or customer service
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, kneel down and stand for long periods of time.
- Must have a passion for people and loyalty to the Hickory Farms brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
