We are looking for a Telephone Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Mission
Respond to inquiries by contacting homeowners to evaluate their solar needs. Identify needs, verify energy usage and determine best program for the homeowner based upon qualifications. Schedule initial consultation with a Solar Consultant to discuss a customized design that will meet the potential customer's unique needs.

Essential Job Functions

Speak with homeowners to determine needs and discuss cost saving energy solutions
Determine a homeowner's qualifications by asking specific questions
Accurately enter information into CRM database
Schedule initial consultations for Solar Consultants to visit a potential customer's home
Manage daily schedule to follow up with homeowners as needed
Track weekly performance to determine that individual and company goals are being met and exceeded
Attend weekly team meetings and on-going training seminars
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Required Skills

Previous experience in a Call Center environment preferred but not required
Lead generation experience a plus
Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook is a must
Experience with CRM software is helpful but not required
Must have a positive, customer service attitude and a desire to be successful
Professional written and verbal communication skills are essential
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Bi-Lingual a Plus!

Required Experience

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 1 year sales experience
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
