Assembly Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Manpower is currently hiring an Assembly Supervisor for one of our clients in Englewood, CO! Job Responsibilities: *Supervising direct labor personnel during the Molding and Extrusion operations to produce quality parts with efficient use of resources *Responsible for supervising direct labor personnel during assembly manufacturing of products, satisfying all compliance, productivity and quality standards mandated by the organization *Ensuring that all shift employees, equipment, materials and areas of operation conform to all appropriate health, safety regulations, and environmental standards *Monitoring shift operations in accordance with guidelines established by molding and production schedules and the Department Managers *Maintaining total awareness of policies, regulations and procedures and ensures compliance by all assigned employees *Monitoring quality of parts being produced to achieve maximum quality levels Requirements: *High School Diploma or equivalent *Must have one to three years' supervisory experience with hourly personnel, prefer in a manufacturing setting *Ability to organize, good decision making, and able to lead people *Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language Contract Length: 4 months Pay Rate: $25.00/hr If you are interested in this position please apply and go to www.manpowerjobs.com and create a profile with us!
