FOOD SVC UTILITY (FULL-TIME)

• We have an opening for a Full-Time FOOD SVC UTILITY position.
• Location: Centenary College, 400 Jefferson St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Sunday - Friday 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
• Requirement: No experience necessary.

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, windows and doors and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms.
• Cleans and maintains all hood systems.
• Cleans all offices.
• Complies with outlined sanitation programs and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
