ASSOC, PAYROLL-HRLY - Full-time

• We have an opening for a Full Time ASSOC, PAYROLL - HRLY position.
• Location:  10648 Park Rd., Charlotte, NC, 28210.  Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule:  Varies; Some 12 hour shifts 3.5 days a week and some 1st shift hours.  Every other weekend.
• Requirement:  Culinary/Leadership experience is strongly requested.

 Lead Cook/Kitchen Supervisor

Requirements:  Culinary skills are strongly suggested.  Leadership experience is desired.  Associate will be responsible for up to 10 to 14 associates.

Working cook position.  Will be responsible for daily prep, production, sanitation, safety and any food service related responsibilities.  Also required to ensure production team is meeting same regulatory standards.  Must be able to perform other duties such as, dish washer, grill cook, FOH and patient interaction, etc.

Summary: Processes data entry and performs clerical tasks to ensure payroll is accurately processed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exhibits fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Collects payroll reports from the MyStaff system for processing.
• Processes payroll on a biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Audits payroll to track discrepancies.
• Stays current on all training and laws regarding payroll issues.
• Follows up on changes with payroll; assume responsibility for projects assigned by Payroll Manager.
• Archives information for storage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
