Sales Support Specialist
Title: Inside Sales Support Specialist
Sales support for outside salesmen and CSR's
- Learn products/programs and respond to customer inquiries in timely manner
- Support outside salesmen by creating deviation report, sales material request, and etc.
- Mailing to customers for promotional information, service bulletin, etc.
- Creating promotion flyers
- Customer service by answering the phones for order status, availability, expected shipping dates, etc.
- Preparation for trade shows (booth reservation, order to ship show items)
- Website maintenance and follow up customers' requests
- Special projects as needed
- Work with customer service team and assist with order entry as needed
- Work with Office Manager to collect on past due accounts The successful candidate MUST possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- At least 3-5 years of recent experience in a RELATED role (experience supporting a sales team)
- Good phone demeanor
- Proficient with the computer and MS Office Suite
Salary: $35,000 - $37,000 contingent upon prior experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
